The Texas Court of Appeals, Third District, affirmed in part and dismissed in part an appeal by Mary Louise Serafine regarding interlocutory orders from the 345th District Court of Travis County. The appeal concerned orders issued on January 8, 2021, which determined Serafine to be a vexatious litigant and imposed pre-filing relief. The Court found no reversible error in these determinations and upheld those aspects of the trial court's orders. However, the Court identified certain portions of the orders over which it lacked jurisdiction and dismissed the appeal related to those portions. Serafine is responsible for all costs associated with the appeal in both the appellate and trial courts.
