About descrybe.ai
Built in Boston. Free for everyone.
Descrybe.ai provides a groundbreaking approach to searching and understanding case law. Leveraging generative AI, we simplify complex legal information, making it accessible to both professionals and laypeople alike. Our mission is to provide easy, free access to case law research. By reducing costs, enhancing usability, and incorporating natural language search with summaries available in both English and Spanish, we aim to democratize legal knowledge. To date, we’ve made over 3.6 million judicial opinions from across the United States searchable and summarized. These include decisions from state supreme courts, appellate courts, federal district courts, federal appellate courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, and U.S. bankruptcy courts (see our Opinion Tracker in the footer for more details). Since our launch in the summer of 2023, we’ve been honored with several prestigious industry accolades. These include our co-founder’s recognition as an ABA Women of Legal Tech 2024 honoree and Descrybe.ai being named a two-time winner of the American Legal Technology Awards 2024. Additionally, we are proud to be an Anthem Silver Award 2024 recipient, a BostInno Fire Awards 2024 Honoree, and finalists for both the Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards 2024 and the Webby Awards 2024. But what matters most to us is what you think. Please share your thoughts using our contact information in the footer. Thanks for visiting!
