Petitioner’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis is granted, and the petition for writ of certiorari is also granted. The previous judgment is vacated, and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Further consideration is required in light of the precedent set in Trevino v. Thaler, 569 U.S. 133 S.Ct. 1747, 185 L.Ed.2d 783 (2013).
