The Court of Appeals for the Eighth District of Texas has reversed the judgment of the 143rd Judicial District Court regarding the case involving appellants Homer A. Stillwell, III, Elizabeth Robertson, Marguerite H. Benson, Adam Leighton, III, and Black Mountain Operating, LLC against appellees John F. Stevenson, Borden W. Stevenson, Joan Pirie Leclerc, John T. Pirie, Sophie H. Pirie, Blake Oil and Gas Corporation, MDJ Minerals, L.L.P., Wade P. Koehl, and AOG Permian Partners, Ltd. The court found an error in the lower court's judgment and remanded the case for further proceedings in accordance with its opinion. Additionally, the appellants are entitled to recover all costs associated with the appeal from the appellees. The judgment is to be certified for compliance.
