Resper v. Maryland
Docket: No. 15-6357
Court: Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; August 24, 2015; Federal Appellate Court
Wayne Resper's appeal of the district court's denial of his motions for reconsideration in his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 case was affirmed by a per curiam opinion. The court found no reversible error after reviewing the record and upheld the district court's reasoning. The original case, Resper v. Maryland, was filed on February 12, 2015, and entered on February 13, 2015, following a decision on December 3, 2014. The court decided to forgo oral argument, concluding that the existing materials sufficiently addressed the facts and legal issues at hand. Unpublished opinions like this one do not serve as binding precedent in the circuit.
