Scott Howard Kimball appeals his guilty plea conviction for bank robbery, violating 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), and his 84-month sentence. His attorney filed an Anders brief indicating no meritorious issues for appeal and requested to withdraw. No pro se brief has been submitted. A thorough review of the record confirmed that Kimball knowingly and voluntarily waived his right to appeal his sentence, which was consistent with the plea agreement.
