Appellants Gus Parker and Fort Parker Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Master Cleaners, failed to file their brief in a timely manner for their appeal against Stellar Restoration Services, LLC. Despite an extension to file their brief until October 1, 2022, and a subsequent reminder from the court on October 5, 2022, the appellants did not submit the brief or communicate with the court regarding their appeal status. As a result, the appeal was dismissed for noncompliance with procedural rules as outlined in Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8(a)(1) and 42.3(b) and (c).
