Wallace v. Mercantile County Bank
Citation: 307 F. App'x 720Docket: No. 07-2144
Court: Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; January 7, 2009; Federal Appellate Court
Bonnie Cruickshank Wallace, the Wallace Family Trust, and Holly Hall Publications, Inc. have appealed the district court's summary judgment in favor of the defendants concerning their claims of malicious use of process and abuse of process. Upon review of the record and the parties' briefs, the appellate court found no reversible error. The ruling is affirmed based on the district court's reasoning in Wallace v. Mercantile Cnty Bank, 514 F.Supp.2d 776 (D.Md.2007). Oral argument was deemed unnecessary as the facts and legal issues were sufficiently addressed in the submitted materials.
