Citation: 115 F. App'x 439Docket: No. MISC. 773
Court: Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; October 22, 2004; Federal Appellate Court
Rambus Inc. filed a petition for a writ of mandamus aimed at compelling the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia to dismiss two counterclaims from Infineon Technologies AG and to reject Infineon's equitable estoppel defenses. Infineon opposed the petition. Rambus sought permission to file a reply, which was opposed by Infineon. However, the court granted Rambus's motion to file a reply while denying the petition for a writ of mandamus.
