The judgment of the District Court is affirmed in the case of Russell Anderson, Jr. v. Delphi Automotive Systems. Anderson filed a Title VII suit alleging discrimination and retaliation against his former employer. The district court, presided over by Judge Larimer, granted summary judgment in favor of Delphi after a thorough examination of the claims. On appeal, the court reviewed the facts favorably for Anderson but ultimately agreed with the lower court's conclusion that most of his claims were time-barred, rejecting his argument for a continuing-violation theory based on precedent. 

Regarding the timely claims of discrimination and retaliation, the appellate court found that even if Anderson could establish prima facie cases, the evidence he provided was insufficient to allow a reasonable jury to rule in his favor. The court emphasized that evidence of pretext alone does not prevent the granting of summary judgment. Consequently, all of Anderson's claims were deemed without merit, leading to the affirmation of the district court's judgment.
