The Michigan Supreme Court issued an order on March 9, 2007, regarding the case of Randazzo Mechanical Heating Cooling, Inc. vs. Vincent DiLorenzo and Angela Tinervia d/b/a D.T. Construction. The Court denied the motion for immediate consideration and also denied the motion for reconsideration of its earlier order dated January 4, 2007, determining there was no error in that prior decision. Additionally, the motion for a continuation of stay was deemed moot and similarly denied. The order was certified as a true and complete copy by Clerk Corbin R. Davis.
