The Michigan Supreme Court, on April 24, 2007, issued an order regarding the appeal application from Dave Linton and Marilyn Linton against the Arenac County Road Commission. The Court denied the application for leave to appeal the November 28, 2006 judgment of the Court of Appeals, stating that the issues raised do not warrant review at this stage, pending the conclusion of proceedings ordered by the Court of Appeals.
