The Michigan Supreme Court issued an order on June 8, 2007, regarding the case of Barbara Droomers, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Warren Droomers, Deceased, against John R. Parnell, John R. Parnell Associates, Musilli, Baumgardner, Wagner, Parnell, P.C., and defendants Ralph Musilli and Walter Baumgardner. The Court granted the motion for immediate consideration but denied the application for leave to appeal the Court of Appeals' May 24, 2007 order. The Court indicated that it was not persuaded that the issues raised warranted review. The order was certified by Clerk Corbin R. Davis.
