The proposal set forth in the parties' letter dated November 16, 2015, has been adopted. Petitioners in cases Nos. 14-1418, 14-1453, and 14-1505 will submit a single consolidated opening brief and one reply brief. Similarly, petitioners in cases Nos. 15-35, 15-105, 15-119, and 15-191 will also file one consolidated opening brief and one reply brief. The opening briefs for petitioners are limited to 20,000 words each and must be filed by January 4, 2016. Respondents are required to submit one consolidated brief, not exceeding 22,500 words, by February 10, 2016. Petitioners' reply briefs are capped at 8,000 words each and should be filed by March 11, 2016.
