The Michigan Supreme Court, in an order dated October 29, 2007, denied the application for leave to appeal the July 17, 2007 decision of the Court of Appeals in the case of Donna L. Donahue v. Cateraid, Inc. and Cincinnati Casualty Insurance Company. The Court concluded that the issues raised by the defendants, Cateraid, Inc. and Cincinnati Casualty Insurance Company, did not warrant review.
