The Michigan Supreme Court, on October 29, 2007, issued an order regarding the case of People of the State of Michigan v. Alton David Pelichet (SC: 134288, COA: 274979, Wayne CC: 77-000128-01). The Court denied Pelichet's application for leave to appeal the May 21, 2007 order of the Court of Appeals. The order was certified as a true and complete copy by the Clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court, Corbin R. Davis.
