The Michigan Supreme Court, in an order dated October 26, 2009, denied the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeals issued on May 19, 2009, in the case involving plaintiffs Edwin Wormsbacher and W.F., L.L.C. against defendants Phillip R. Seaver Title Company, Inc. and First American Title Insurance Company. The Court concluded that the issues raised did not warrant review. The order was certified by Clerk Corbin R. Davis as a true and complete copy of the court's directive.
