In re Oconee County Adult Drug Court Program

The Honorable William F. Derrick, Jr. is assigned to preside over the Oconee County Adult Drug Court Program, as ordered under S.C. CONST. Art. V. 4. This assignment grants Judge Derrick the authority to oversee various proceedings, including guilty pleas, bond hearings, probation revocations, and motions concerning defendants in the program. The order is effective immediately and will remain in force until amended or rescinded by the Chief Justice. The order is signed by Chief Justice Jean H. Toal of South Carolina.
