The Michigan Supreme Court, in an order dated September 5, 2012, addressed the case involving Plaintiffs Citizens for More Michigan Jobs and Robert J. Cannon against Defendants Secretary of State, Board of State Canvassers, and Director of Elections. The Court reviewed an application for leave to appeal prior to a decision by the Court of Appeals concerning a complaint for mandamus.
