Marianne Elizabeth Morris is indefinitely suspended from practicing law in Maryland due to violations of Rules 8.4(a) and (d) of the Maryland Lawyers’ Rules of Professional Conduct. The suspension takes effect thirty days from the date of the order, September 7, 2017. Following this period, the Clerk of the Court is instructed to remove Morris's name from the attorney register and notify the Client Protection Fund and all judicial clerks in Maryland as per Maryland Rule 19-762(b).
