Eric John Parham is hereby disbarred from practicing law in Maryland, effective immediately, following the Court of Appeals' consideration of a disciplinary petition under Md. Rule 19-737(b) and Md. Rule 19-721(a)(2). The Court has granted the petition based on the responses submitted by Bar Counsel and Parham. The Clerk of the Court is instructed to remove Parham's name from the register of attorneys and notify the Trustees of the Client Protection Fund as well as the clerks of all judicial tribunals in the State, in compliance with Rule 19-761.
