William F. Splitgerber, Jr. is suspended from practicing law in Maryland for ninety days, effective June 4, 1999, following a petition by the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland. The Court ordered the suspension on June 2, 1999, and directed the Clerk to remove Splitgerber's name from the register of attorneys and notify the Clients’ Security Trust Fund and all judicial tribunals in Maryland as per Maryland Rule 16-713.
