James E. Clubb, Jr. is suspended from practicing law in Maryland for thirty days, effective immediately, following a Joint Petition for Suspension by Consent filed by the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland. The Court of Appeals of Maryland ordered this suspension on December 1, 1997. The Clerk of the Court is directed to remove Clubb's name from the register of attorneys and notify the Trustees of the Clients’ Security Trust Fund and the clerks of all judicial tribunals in Maryland, as per Rule 16-713.
