Robert S. McNeill, Jr. has voluntarily consented to disbarment from practicing law in Maryland, as per Maryland Rule BV 12d2. Following a written recommendation from Bar Counsel, the Court of Appeals of Maryland issued an order on November 15, 1996, officially disbarring him. The court also directed the Clerk to remove McNeill's name from the attorney register and to notify the Trustees of the Clients’ Security Trust Fund and all judicial clerks in the state, in accordance with Maryland Rule BV 13.
