Citations: 236 Ga. App. 132; 511 S.E.2d 259; 99 Fulton County D. Rep. 481; 1999 Ga. App. LEXIS 82Docket: A97A0289
Court: Court of Appeals of Georgia; January 28, 1999; Georgia; State Appellate Court
In the case Dent v. Memorial Hospital of Adel, the Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court's judgment. However, the Supreme Court subsequently granted certiorari, reversed the decision of the Court of Appeals, and issued its own judgment. As a result, the previous judgment from the Court of Appeals is vacated, and the Supreme Court's judgment is adopted as the judgment of the Court of Appeals. The reversal was agreed upon by Judges McMurray, Andrews, Ruffin, Eldridge, Barnes, and Senior Appellate Judge Harold R. Banke.
