A new Arkansas Rule of Civil Procedure 72, titled "Suits in Forma Pauperis," was established in a per curiam order on July 7, 1986, with an effective date of September 15, 1986. The rule was proposed by the Committee on Rules of Pleading, Practice, and Procedure (Civil). However, the committee later requested the withdrawal of the rule for further study. The request is granted, and the promulgation of Rule 72 from the July 7, 1986 order is rescinded.
