Wyckoff v. Wyckoff
Citations: 932 So. 2d 1150; 2006 Fla. App. LEXIS 10012; 2006 WL 1667394Docket: No. 2D05-1999
Court: District Court of Appeal of Florida; June 16, 2006; Florida; State Appellate Court
Douglas M. Wyckoff appeals the trial court’s March 11, 2005, order concerning several post-dissolution issues. He contends that the court made errors in its resolution and argues that the Florida Supreme Court's ruling in Wade v. Hirschman, 903 So.2d 928 (Fla. 2005), warrants vacating or modifying the prior decision in Wyckoff v. Wyckoff, 820 So.2d 350 (Fla. 2d DCA 2002). The appellate court affirms the trial court's decision in all respects but acknowledges that the substantial change test established in Wade will apply to any future child custody modification proceedings between the parties. The judges, Salcines, Stringer, and Silberman, concur in the decision.
