Simmons v. State
Docket: No. 5D05-2415
Court: District Court of Appeal of Florida; October 21, 2005; Florida; State Appellate Court
The court finds the petition submitted by Willie Ed Simmons to be frivolous and an abuse of process. Consequently, Simmons is prohibited from filing any further pro se pleadings related to Volusia County Circuit Court Case No. 87-5045-CFAES. The Clerk of the Court is instructed to reject any future pro se filings regarding this case unless they are submitted by a licensed attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar. Additionally, a certified copy of this opinion will be sent to the appropriate institution for disciplinary action as per Florida Statute 944.09 (2005). The petition is denied, and future pro se filings are explicitly prohibited. Judges Peterson, Monaco, and Torpy concur in this decision.
