Thomas K. Brocato, with Louisiana Bar Roll number 3482, is ordered to be transferred to disability inactive status pending further court orders, following a joint petition filed by him and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. All disciplinary proceedings against Brocato are to be deferred until he is restored to active status. He is required to comply with the stipulations outlined in the joint petition.
