The Court of Appeal granted in part the supervisory and/or remedial writs applied for by the relators in the case involving Titan Indemnity Co. and others. The ruling of the 20th Judicial District Court, which denied the relators' motion in limine, has been reversed, referencing the precedent set in Palacios v. Louisiana Delta Railroad Inc. (98-2932, La. 7/2/99, 740 So.2d 95). However, the court denied the writ in all other respects. Justices Kimball, Johnson, and Knoll expressed their dissent, stating they would deny the writ in its entirety.
