On April 21, 1995, the court denied Leroy Timothy Young's writ application filed pro se. A consolidated motion from attorneys retained by Young to enroll as counsel and to supplement the writ application, submitted on April 4, 1995, was inadvertently overlooked prior to the court's decision on the writ. Recognizing this oversight, the court recalls its previous action regarding the writ, grants the motion for the attorneys to enroll as counsel of record, and provides an extension for filing a supplemental writ application. Signed by Justice Catherine D. Kimball, Supreme Court of Louisiana.
