NICOLE L. PERSKIE of SOMERS POINT, admitted to the bar in 2013, is temporarily suspended from practicing law as per the petition filed by the Office of Attorney Ethics under Rules 1:20-3(g. 4) and 1:20-11. The suspension is effective immediately and will remain in place until further notice from the Court. During this period, she is prohibited from practicing law. Additionally, any funds held in New Jersey financial institutions by PERSKIE are restrained from disbursement unless approved by the Court for good cause.
