Osualdo Gonzalez, an attorney admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1987, is reprimanded by the Court based on the Disciplinary Review Board's decision in case DRB 15-202. He was found to have violated RPC 1.15(b) for negligent misappropriation of client funds and RPC 1.15(d) for failure to adhere to record-keeping requirements as specified in Rule 1:21-6. The reprimand is officially ordered, and the entire record of this case will be permanently included in Gonzalez's attorney file. Additionally, he is required to reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for the administrative costs and actual expenses incurred during the prosecution of the case, in accordance with Rule 1:20-17.
