Jennifer Lee Barringer, an attorney from Marlton admitted to the bar in 2008, has been reprimanded by the Court following the Disciplinary Review Board's decision in DRB 14-242. Barringer has been temporarily suspended from practicing law since May 15, 2014, due to violations of Rule 1:20-6 (recordkeeping violations) and RPC 8.1(b) (failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities). She remains suspended until she provides proof to the Office of Attorney Ethics that she has properly maintained all required New Jersey attorney bank accounts and client records. Barringer must also continue to comply with Rule 1:20-20 governing suspended attorneys. The record of this matter will be permanently included in her attorney file, and she is ordered to reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for administrative costs and expenses related to her case, as stipulated in Rule 1:20-17.
