Darren P. Leotti, an attorney admitted to the bar in 1991, is temporarily suspended from practicing law effective immediately, as ordered by the Court following a petition from the Office of Attorney Ethics. The suspension will remain in effect until further order from the Court. During this period, Leotti is prohibited from practicing law. All funds held in New Jersey financial institutions by Leotti are to be restrained from disbursement, except upon application to the Court for good cause, and must be transferred to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund. Leotti is required to comply with Rule 1:20-20 concerning suspended attorneys. Additionally, the records of this case will be permanently added to Leotti’s attorney file.
