Paul David DiGiacomo, admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1996, has been temporarily suspended from practicing law following his guilty plea in Morris County Superior Court to a second-degree money laundering charge, violating N.J.S.A. 2C:21-25b(1). This suspension is effective immediately and will remain in place until the conclusion of ongoing ethics proceedings. During this suspension, DiGiacomo is prohibited from practicing law and must adhere to Rule 1:20-20 regarding suspended attorneys. Additionally, the complete record of this case will be permanently added to his attorney file in New Jersey.
