Stuart A. Kellner, an attorney admitted to the bar in 1975, is temporarily suspended from practicing law effective immediately, as per the petition filed by the Office of Attorney Ethics under Rule 1:20-3(g)(4) and Rule 1:20-11(a). During this suspension, Kellner is prohibited from practicing law. Additionally, all funds held in any New Jersey financial institution by Kellner are restrained from disbursement, except upon application to the Court for good cause. These funds are to be transferred to the Clerk of the Superior Court and deposited into the Superior Court Trust Fund until further notice. Kellner is also required to comply with Rule 1:20-20, which pertains to suspended attorneys.
