Yale M. Fishman, an attorney admitted to practice in 1988, has been temporarily suspended from practicing law following his guilty plea in the United States Court for the Southern District of New York for misprision of felony, a violation of 18 U.S.C.A. 4. The suspension is effective immediately and will remain in place until further notice from the court, as per Rule 1:20-13(b)(1). During this suspension, Fishman is prohibited from practicing law and is required to comply with Rule 1:20-20, which pertains to the obligations of suspended attorneys.
