Glenn W. Banks, an attorney admitted to the bar in 1982, has been temporarily suspended from practicing law following his guilty plea for manufacturing and/or possessing marijuana with intent to distribute, a third-degree crime under N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5a(2) and N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5b(11). The suspension is effective immediately and will remain in place until further notice from the Court. Additionally, all funds held in any New Jersey financial institution by Banks are to be restrained from disbursement unless authorized by the Court for good cause. Banks is also prohibited from practicing law during his suspension and must comply with Rule 1:20-20, which governs suspended attorneys.
