Keri L. Kelley has submitted her resignation from the bar of the state, which has been accepted by the Court in accordance with Ind.Admission and Discipline Rule 28, Section 17. The Court has determined that her resignation meets the necessary requirements and has ordered that her name be removed from the Roll of Attorneys. To be reinstated, Kelley must adhere to the reinstatement provisions outlined in Admis. Disc. R. 28(4). Additionally, all pending attorney disciplinary proceedings against her are dismissed as moot due to her resignation. The Court has directed the Clerk to notify Kelley, her attorney, the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, Hon. Kimberly Jackson, and other relevant entities as per Admis. Disc. R. 28(8)(d). All Justices concur with this order.
