Bradley John Catt has submitted an Affidavit of Resignation in accordance with Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 17. The Court confirms that he has fulfilled the necessary requirements for resignation and thus accepts his resignation, resulting in his removal from the Bar of the State. Consequently, the ongoing disciplinary action against him is deemed moot. The Court orders that the costs of this proceeding be borne by Catt and stipulates that he must adhere to Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 4 to be eligible for future reinstatement. Additionally, the Clerk is instructed to distribute copies of this Order as outlined in the relevant rules, including notifying various federal court clerks of Catt's last known address. All Justices concur with this decision.
