On April 19, 1995, the Supreme Court of the United States reversed the judgment of the Ohio court in McIntyre v. Ohio Elections Commission, originally entered on September 22, 1993. The Supreme Court's decision mandated further proceedings consistent with its opinion. Effective June 21, 1995, the Ohio court ordered the reversal of its previous affirmation of the Court of Appeals for Franklin County's judgment. The appellant is awarded costs against the appellee, and a mandate is issued to the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County to enforce this judgment. Additionally, a certified copy of this entry is to be sent to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals for Franklin County.
