On October 4, 2021, the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas issued an order concerning the case of Bradley B. Miller (Appellant) versus Judge Andrea Plumlee (Appellee), stemming from the 116th Judicial District Court in Dallas County, Texas. The court had previously ordered the Dallas County District Clerk, Felicia Pitre, to submit a supplemental clerk’s record that included two specific documents: the “Plaintiff’s Response in Opposition to the Plea to the Jurisdiction of Defendants Dallas County and Danielle Diaz,” dated June 30, 2021, and the “Order Granting Defendants Danielle Diaz and Dallas County’s Plea to the Jurisdiction,” dated July 14, 2021. Despite the deadline of September 27, 2021, for filing this supplemental record, it had not been submitted. Consequently, the court mandated that the supplemental record be filed by October 11, 2021, and instructed the Clerk of the Court to communicate this order to Ms. Pitre and the involved parties. The order was signed by Chief Justice Robert D. Burns, III.
