On April 29, 2002, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania approved the Report and Recommendations from The Disciplinary Board dated March 28, 2002. Karen E. Gelula, previously on inactive status and never suspended or disbarred, has demonstrated the necessary moral qualifications, competency, and legal knowledge for admission to practice law in Pennsylvania. Consequently, she is reinstated to active status as a member of the Bar. Additionally, Gelula is required to pay the expenses incurred by the Board during the investigation and processing of her Petition for Reinstatement.
