Kerry D. Brown, Louisiana Bar Roll number 27189, is suspended from practicing law on an interim basis due to a Petition for Interim Suspension for Threat of Harm filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. This suspension is in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XIX. 19.2 and is effective immediately under Supreme Court Rule XIX. 26(E). Additionally, the Office of Disciplinary Counsel is authorized to seek the appointment of a trustee or trustees to safeguard the interests of Brown’s clients as permitted by Supreme Court Rule XIX. 27. Chief Justice Kimball did not participate in this order, which was signed by Justice Greg G. Guidry on behalf of the court.
