The Florida Board of Bar Examiners' recommendation for A.S. to be admitted to The Florida Bar is approved by the Court, with specific conditions attached to her admission:

1. A.S.'s law practice license is placed on probation for two years.
2. During probation, A.S. must:
   a) Consult with Dr. Florence Larrain or another licensed mental health provider at least quarterly.
   b) Follow all instructions and medication regimens prescribed by her mental health provider.
   c) Ensure her provider submits quarterly reports to The Florida Bar confirming her consultations and ability to practice law.
   d) Have her provider notify The Florida Bar immediately if she misses an appointment without rescheduling.
   e) Submit sworn statements to The Florida Bar quarterly, confirming compliance with the above conditions.

3. The Florida Bar will monitor these conditions, with associated costs borne by A.S.
4. A.S. must reside in Florida during probation; any trips outside Florida exceeding ten days require prior approval from The Florida Bar. Relocation out of Florida necessitates the surrender of her law license.
5. If her license is surrendered or terminated during probation, A.S. can only resume practice upon full compliance with admission rules.
6. Non-compliance or probable cause findings during probation may result in termination of probation and subject A.S. to grievance procedures, including disbarment. The Florida Bar may petition the Court for suspension upon notice of a violation, with A.S. having ten days to respond.
7. A.S. must promptly report any criminal arrests, prosecutions, or grievances related to her legal practice to The Florida Bar.
8. Extensions of the probation period can be agreed upon or petitioned for by The Florida Bar, subject to Court approval.
9. By signing the agreement, A.S. consents to the release of her file materials to The Florida Bar for compliance monitoring purposes.
