The judgment of the workers’ compensation judge is reversed. The court rules in favor of Acadiana Mack, Volvo Contractors, and LUBA Casualty Insurance Company, granting their peremptory exception of no right of action. As a result, the claims made by Rebel Distributors Corporation, Inc., operating as Physician Partner and Pharmacy Partner, are dismissed. All costs associated with the appeal are to be borne by Rebel Distributors Corporation, Inc. The decision is officially reversed and rendered.
