The Court of Appeals for the Second Appellate District of Texas has dismissed the appeal filed by Jesse James Fitness, LLC, Outlaw Bootcamp of McKinney, LLC, Outlaw Bootcamp Franchise, LLC, Outlaw Fitcamp, LLC, Outlaw Life, LLC, and Jesse J.
