The Michigan Supreme Court issued an order on February 5, 2020, regarding the appeal of Jonathan Wayne Wehrle, the defendant-appellant, in case SC: 159180, COA: 346173, Ingham CC: 17-000944-FH. Following a previous order dated September 10, 2019, the prosecuting attorney was required to respond to Wehrle's application for leave to appeal a Court of Appeals decision from January 2, 2019.
