The Texas Court of Appeals, Third District, dismissed the appeal filed by Dean F. Miller against Manuel and Jill Bustamante for want of prosecution. The appeal stemmed from a trial court judgment dated May 24, 2019. The Court found that Miller failed to prosecute his appeal adequately and did not comply with a notice from the Clerk of the Court. Consequently, all costs associated with the appeal, both in the Court of Appeals and the trial court, are to be borne by the appellant.
